Terms of all rental agreements

• Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.
   

• Payments may be paid by credit card, Pay Pal, or by bank transfer to our US bank.
   

• A security deposit of $250.00 may be made upon arrival in the form of cash or a travelers check. This will be refunded prior to departure, subject to the condition of the house.
   

• The 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, after which, the rental fee is nonrefundable, unless we are able to rebook the property for the dates you had reserved. If we rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day it is rebooked.
   

• Payments for Christmas/New Year and Easter weeks are non-refundable.
   

• All homes require a minimum stay of 3 days.
